The APPMGC is focused on being active and responsive. Since our formation, we have worked together to raise the awareness about our breeds, at AKC shows, setting up displays, bringing dogs and providing informative materials and judge’s education.

- MAY 17, 2008 Meet the Breed at Responsible Dog Owners Day - GOLD COUNTRY KENNEL CLUB
- May 17, 2008 - Greater Fort Myers Dog Show Meet the Breed and Match.
- May 28, 2008 AKC Judges Seminar: APPPC & APPMGC held a Match and an Educational Opportunity for Judges. Plano Texas.
- June 2008 APPPC & APPMGC sponsored the BOB trophy for the Parade of Portugal in conjunction with the United Kennel Club Premier.
- June 7 & 8 2008- Meet the Breed: Lake Minnetonka Kennel Club, Judges hands on.
- June 14, 2008 Meet the Breed at the Cascade Hound Association, Hillsboro Oregon
- June 15, 2008 APPPC&APPMGC Judges Education, Cascade Hound Association.
- August 15, 2008 Meet the Breed & Judges Education Hands on - Iced Tea Cluster Muncie Indiana
- October 4, 2008 – APPPC & APPMGC hold a Specialty after Best in Show at the Wright County Minnesota Kennel Club Dog Show in Hutchinson MN. Judge Ms. Beverly Capstick. Judges Education and hands on seminar, ringside mentoring & Meet the Breed booth at the WCMKC Show.
